HOW IT GOES:

Sessions are always an hour long. The first step is to book your session using the payment link down below.

After ordering you will be prompted to select a day and time that works for you depending on available slots.

At the set time, I will invite you in a Zoom call and we will go over everything you want to go over. That’s how easy it is.

 

HOW A CONSULTATION CAN HELP ME?

When it comes to something intangible like establishing an artist presence online, we often forget that a more experienced perspective can avoid wasting time, a lot of money, and any confusion that we face on the way. We can troubleshoot strategies and diagnose where they are going wrong, discuss how you should define or refine your brand… The purpose of a consultation is to clarify whatever problem you are facing and find an appropriate solution.

 

HOW MUCH WILL A SESSION COST?

It’s no secret that most consultants increase their prices. However, I intentionally keep my prices low so they stay affordable to all artists. So in short, I charge for my time with no intended added value. Currently, that price is CAD$297 per hour. As a general rule a single hour is all that is needed.

 

HOW DO I BOOK A CALL?

To book a call simply click the “Book a Session” button that you should see below. Once you have placed your order you will be redirected to a page where you can select your day and time and schedule the session.

 

LOOKING FOR COMPLETE ARTIST PRESENCE MANAGEMENT?

I have very limited availability for a complete artist presence plan and management. That is why I do not currently offer that service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIMES AND DAYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS?

I am available between 6am and 3pm East time everyday. Of course this is subject to changes. If a day/time is available you will see it in the reservation calendar.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You are busy and I totally understand that. But the reality is that if you book a call and don’t show up, it disrupts my schedule and takes away the time I would have used to be productive with other tasks during that time period. However, if you cancel your session within at least 3 hours of our scheduled time we can reschedule at no additional charge. However, if you cancel with less than 3 hours’ notice, or just don’t intend to show up at all, your booking will not be refunded. If a new time is needed, payment will be required for that second meeting time.

 

I WANT YOU TO LOOK AT MY SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES/OR LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC. HOW DO I SHARE IT?

We are going to use Zoom for the session. I recommend connecting from a desktop or a laptop instead of your mobile. Zoom allows you to share your screen and sound, that way we can go through any material you want me to take a look at.

 

CAN I SEND CONTENT/QUESTIONS TO YOU BEFORE OUR CALL?

To get the most out of the session, I recommend that you write down all the questions and matters that you want to bring up to my attention before the call. Analyzing content takes a lot of time, and because content research and analysis are making me put my other obligations on pause, I need to charge for that time as well. That is why I’m asking you to come prepared.

 

CAN I BOOK FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR?

The minimum time you can book is one hour. We need to take the time to introduce your problems, objectives, or any matter which can take up to 15min. If the sessions were 30min long, we couldn’t cover as much and get the most productivity out of this one-on-one session.

Yes. Consultations are offered in both official languages.
